They say "KISOBA" ばそき mean fresh buckwheat .

(one ward of right side of 3 big wards )
mast be looks like a shrimp jumping .
and they do(for japanese eyes ) !
because in Japan shrimp had mean good luck .
My grandpa was never sale it when he bankrupt since 1949.
It was made by huge persimmon tree then offer was about $8,000 since trouble year.
